This smoothie also contains almonds which are not only nutrient dense, but can help with appetite control.

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 banana
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp slivered almonds
1 cup almond milk
