Start your day of with this delicious and nutritious Strawberry Smoothie. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, folate, and potassium. They are also rich in antioxidants which may have benefits for heath and blood sugar management. This smoothie also contains almonds which are not only nutrient dense, but can help with appetite control.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 banana
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp slivered almonds
1 cup almond milk
