Quick and Healthy Chicken Stir Fry With Veggies
Stir Fry’s are a great go-to dinner. They are quick and easy to make, and with the right ingredients, can be full of nutritional value. This recipe includes a little bit of an Italian twist and is packed with flavor. Nutrient dense veggies like broccoli and bell peppers are great to include.
2 tablespoons olive oil or oil of choice
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
2 cups broccoli florets
1 large zucchini cut into slices
1 medium bell peppers cut into ½-inch-thick slices
1 medium yellow onion halved and cut into ½-inch-thick slices
3-4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
